Silverdale Plumbing & Heating started in response to something customers kept telling us: it had become genuinely hard to find professional, home-grown heating engineers — raised and trained here in the UK — who take real pride in the trade. We set out to change that.

We build relationships, not job numbers. From the first call to the finished job, you deal with people who know you, your home and its history. That personal touch is the point: our customers know they can count on us to look after their property as if it were our own.

Behind the scenes, we use industry-leading management software to keep a complete record of your property and its assets — boilers, radiators, taps, certificates and service dates — so nothing gets missed, and you're reminded before something is due rather than after it's failed.

Everything we do rests on two values: trust and accountability. We turn up when we say we will, charge what we quoted, complete every job to current water and Gas Safe regulations, and back everything we fit with a 1-year warranty as standard.
